Jennifer Gill, Co-Chair of the League of Friends, recently joined the group to accept the cheque from Hayley and to see first-hand the wonderful work she is doing. Love2Sing brings local residents and their carers together for an uplifting afternoon of familiar songs, friendship and refreshments, and Hayley’s warmth and enthusiasm are clearly at the heart of its success.

Jennifer said: “The League is enormously grateful to Hayley, not only for this generous donation but for the considerable time, energy and enthusiasm she put into organising the fundraising concert. It is wonderful to see someone doing so much to bring enjoyment to people locally while also raising valuable funds for Ludlow Hospital.

“Hospital staff are now considering how the £400 can best be used for the benefit of patients, and we will of course let our members and supporters know where the money goes.”

A huge thank you to Hayley, everyone involved in the fundraising concert and all those who supported it. Community fundraising like this makes a real difference and helps the League continue its work supporting Ludlow Hospital and its patients.
